Alex Perdomo

Alexandra (Alex) Perdomo has over 15 years of HR experience. Prior to joining Harbor HR, she managed the HR functions in start-up companies, mid-size companies and has also held HR Management positions at the corporate level. Her HR experience has been in telecommunications, manufacturing, construction, call centers, agriculture/laboratories. Alex has had the opportunity to help keep companies in compliance with California Law, develop policies and procedures, manage employee relations, safety compliance, and team building. Alex earned her B.A. from San Jose State University, in Graphic Design but while finishing her degree she found a passion for the Human Resources profession. She is PHRca certified and fluent in Spanish. Alex makes sure to provide the best in class customer service, while continuing to meet all of Harbor HR client’s needs.

Alex was born and raised in San Francisco, CA and moved to Rocklin, CA in 2005 where she lives with her husband and three children. She enjoys traveling, art, cooking and planning local outings and camping trips with her family and their dog, Chase.
