Jill has over 15 years of HR experience working in a variety of business settings from a giant corporation to a small nonprofit agency. As a Senior HR Consultant with Harbor HR, Jill’s skills in California labor law, policy and procedure development, handbook creation, job analysis, employee relations, recruiting, interviewing and hiring are all well utilized. While raising her children, Jill took her career into education and earned two teaching credentials with the state of California. Her teaching background gives Jill a unique perspective on how individuals learn, train and grow in the workplace. Jill really enjoys helping her clients take care of those fine HR details that nobody has time for and loves bringing calming structure to overwhelming chaos. 

Jill is a bookworm, enjoys yoga, loves a good brewery and cycling with her husband. Jill is a dog lover and volunteers her time at her local church. Jill is a big baseball fan (Go Giants!) and visiting every MLB ballpark in the nation is on her bucket list!
